At the TBM Avenger Reunion, we honor history, celebrate aviation, and give the best salute possible to our veterans. This year, you can help in three powerful ways:
1️⃣ 20 Over 80 – Bring 20 veterans over age 80 to the 2026 airshow.
2️⃣ Vacations for a Cause – Buy a luxury getaway that gives back.
3️⃣ Video Contest – Show your love for the 2025 airshow and win VIP status at the 2026 event.

General Parking will be located on mostly grass lots. Please follow directions of our parking workers and police upon arrival. We'll get everyone parked as expeditiously as possible. Please watch for traffic as well. General Parking is in field adjacent to airport...Main Entrance is for Handicapped Parking, VIPs, and Motorcycles!
We will have handicapped parking available. Upon arrival at our main entrance to the airport, let one of our parking workers know that you or someone in your party needs handicapped parking. You will be directed to the appropriate place.
We will have shuttles and golf carts to transport anyone who needs assistance.
To make it easier on you, we ask that you bring only what you need to the event. We have a large ramp area and you will be doing a lot of walking. Bringing only what you need to enjoy the show (such as chairs, blankets, etc...) will make your day a lot easier. In addition, any items brought in may be subject to search. So, by bringing what is only necessary, will help everything move. NOTE: No chairs are permitted on the ramp. Chairs only allowed in certain grass areas. Please pay attention to volunteer instructions!
Please pick up any trash you see laying around and ensure you are depositing your trash as well. FOD (Foreign Object Debris) could potentially damage aircraft and create a dangerous situation. Lets all work together to keep the ramp clean. In addition, NO SMOKING ON AIRPORT GROUNDS. With fumes and oil in abundance, we cannot have open flame. See "Important Notes" for more details.
We also have a NO DRONE ZONE in effect. This is not only a safety hazard but also a violation of FAA regulations. Drones and Kites may not be flown/operated within 5 nautical miles of Illinois Valley Regional Airport during event days. The airspace is restricted. Please do NOT bring either to the airport.
We are expecting a large turnout for both days of our event. We ask that everyone drive carefully when leaving and follow all directions leaving the lot. In addition, please be courteous to fellow attendees. Everyone is just trying to head home after a terrific day of flying. If you can, hang around a bit at the airport until traffic lets up a bit. Just be courteous, be nice, and be understanding.
There will be limited ramp space available this year and the ramp is reserved for show aircraft. General Aviation airplane arrivals will be parked in the grass due to this limited ramp space. In addition, it is possible that space may run out. Arrivals are first come, first served.
There will be NO ARRIVALS or DEPARTURES during our waivered airspace times (1 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 10 PM on Friday and then 1 PM to 4 PM on Saturday. Check the NOTAMs). In addition, the FAA will be on-site and doing ramp checks. Ensure that all of your paperwork is current, in order, and available.
-No Smoking on Airport Grounds. With fumes and oil in abundance around the airport, we can’t have open flames. If you want to see some good flames, check out the TBM Night Run-up!
